マンゴツリー東京では、“Authentic Thai Cuisine”をテーマに、タイ伝統の味をお届けいたします。
タイは、大別して4つの地方、北部、東北部、中部、南部に分けられ、その地方料理の特色を味わえば、まるでタイの各地方を旅したよう。
北部チェンマイは、リッチでマイルドなテイスト。ココナッツミルクを豊富に使用した料理が多いことが特徴。東北部イサーン地方の味は、スパイシー。乾燥チリを多く用います。中央部バンコクは、比較的マイルドテイストで、フレッシュココナッツ、レモン、バジルなどで調理します。南部は、辛さとスパイスが決め手。
また、移り変わる季節の食材を使って調理される“季節のタイ料理”。月替わりの“コース料理”は、タイ料理のシンプルさを大切にしながらも、本物の味と厳選された食材で、お食事のストーリーを演出いたします。

Mango Tree Tokyo serves you the authentic Thai cuisine, following traditional recipes. Thailand is divided into four regions: Northern, North-East, Central and Southern.
While trying each of different regions' specialties, you will distinguish the various flavours bringing out local cuisine's uniqueness. As you indulge in the taste, you will feel like travelling through all of Thailand.
Each of its regions has its own peculiarity:
The taste of Chenmai, Northern Thailand, is rich and mild, as coconut milk is widely used. Isan, representing the taste of North-East Thailand, is spicy, as their main condiment is dry chili. The taste of Bangkok, Central part of Thailand, is comparatively mild, since meals are often cooked with fresh coconut, lemon and basil. In Southern Bangkok, dishes are hot and spicy.
Moreover, we take pride in our "Seasonal Thai Food" menu: the freshest seasonal ingredients are used to reproduce the authentic taste, as well as the culture and traditions of this fascinating country.
